Bookings made through Journey Experiences distribution — our partner hotels, residences, and concierge — may include a concierge fee of up to 20%, paid by the guest, which supports the Journey concierge team and is shared with the property partner facilitating the stay. Bookings made directly through your own Journey-powered booking channel carry a 5% guest concierge fee on Access and Alliance plans. Guest fees are always displayed in the guest's all-in price before checkout.

Your selected Alliance price includes monthly bookings through its stated cap. Volume above that allowance carries a 2% overage until our recurring audit moves the subscription to the applicable band. The Alliance fee rises by $500 for each additional $25,000 band above $40,000, while the effective rate generally declines as you grow.
Access and Alliance pass through standard payment processing, currently typically 2.9% + 30¢ for a successful US domestic-card transaction, with zero Journey markup. Flexible includes processing inside its single 25% all-in rate. Other cards, currencies, and payment methods can carry different processor rates.
Both include the Hospitality Experience Platform, direct booking engine, CRM, email marketing, help desk, reporting, loyalty and membership tools, and Journey concierge support. Access includes 100 SMS messages and 400 Journey AI Analyst credits monthly. Alliance includes 200 SMS messages, 1,000 AI credits, priority placement, and the co-branded Alliance booking experience.
Access and Alliance monthly platform fees are discounted 25% when prepaid yearly. Per-booking economics, processing, included monthly booking volume, and Alliance overage rules do not change.
